This Cookie Policy explains how Tavio AI (“Tavio”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites, applications, and services (together, the “Services”), the purposes for which they are used, and the means by which you may control them.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes more generally how we process personal information and the rights available to you in respect of it.
Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required in order for the Services to operate and to be provided securely. They support functions including authentication and the maintenance of your logged in session, the routing and balancing of traffic across our infrastructure, the prevention of cross site request forgery, and the recording of your cookie preferences so that you are not asked repeatedly.
Because the Services cannot be provided without these cookies, they are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering a service that you have requested, and they are exempt from the consent requirement under applicable law. They cannot be disabled through our preference controls.

Third party technologies
Certain cookies and similar technologies used in connection with the Services are placed by third parties whose services we incorporate. We do not control such technologies, and their use of any information collected is governed by the relevant third party’s own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
Our website loads typefaces from a third party web font service. The delivery of those typefaces involves a request from your browser to that provider, in the course of which your IP address is disclosed to it.
Where you interact with content embedded from a third party platform, or follow a link to an external website, that platform or website may place its own cookies upon your device, over which we have no control.
Your consent and how to withdraw it
Where applicable law requires your consent before non essential cookies are placed, we will obtain that consent before placing them, and we will record your preferences so that you are not asked on each visit.
You may withdraw or vary your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent takes effect prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawing consent does not itself delete cookies already placed upon your device, and you should use your browser controls in order to remove them.
Other information
Most browsers allow you to view the cookies that have been placed upon your device, to delete them individually or collectively, to block cookies from all or from particular websites, and to delete cookies automatically when the browser is closed. These controls are ordinarily found within the privacy or site data section of your browser settings, and detailed instructions are published by each browser provider.
Browser settings apply to the browser and device upon which they are set. If you use more than one browser or device, you will need to set your preferences upon each of them.
If you block all cookies, including those which are strictly necessary, you will be unable to sign in to the Services and parts of them will not function.
Certain browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. As there remains no accepted industry standard governing the manner in which such signals should be interpreted, we do not currently respond to them.
